the contents in this chapter has been spoiled by someone around a month ago so now I really believe it, about the uncle taking advantage of jingi and treating him the same way as he treats the MC.
and if you look at chapter 30, young jingi has a short haircut which is similar to the MC's , and for some reason certain parts of his hair is NEVER shown? It proves the twist that he is indeed one of the little boys that were SA'd, and was marked the same way
as for the filmed part, jingi mentions it in the most recent chapter that his uncle wants to see him get decapitated.

To clarity the uncle is not the one sending him the pictures. Not exactly sure who is sending the pictures. If I had to guess I would say his Aunt since it seems like she's the only one that has been in contact with Jingi for awhile. I don't think it's the uncle because the uncle seems very protective of his collection of videos and photos to just be sending them out to Jingi.
Going back to your comment with Jingi having short hair back then. Now it makes sense why Jingi started trembling when his uncle made a comment about him growing out his hair back in ch 18. He probably started growing his hair out in prison to gain some level of control over himself since the uncle probably kept it short when he was a kid.
