Honestly i havent read this manga in a while and had forgotten about that but now that u mention it it rlly hurts when i think about it, as someone whos been taken advantage of it rlly is painful to see so many people not even bat an eyelash when such things happen

yeah, baseline is he intended to be seen as a bad guy as in the same as the people hikaru's coworker (forgot his name) referred to before (something about bad guys getting to him in the bar) so if he wanted to scare him, consent was the least of his worries

the readers likely just didnt mention it much because hikaru played right into it once again even after being "scared off". shinobu did apologize and explained his actions albeit very condensed - though yeah, it would've been better if it was fleshed out more rather than an offscreen thing

im sorry to hear what happened but just have to say this response was unnecessarily rude. the person was just explaining why he did what he did and why the readers glossed over it

I know why he did what he did but no matter his reasons he is still an assaulter and no reason is ever gonna change what he is and what he had done, no matter the reason u should never try to excuse his terrible actions, plus my response might’ve been seen as rude to u but im just stating the obvious.
