The way I understood the ending was, that they cleared the dungeon and came back to their original world. (Japan) They still got their skills, but they don't know why. The video guy thinks that they got them as a bonus for clearing the dungeon. And now the MC is killing the "monsters" in his world, just like he did in the dungeon. In this case they're the bad people. I think that's now become his job.
As for Mugetsu ond that god twerp. I think Mugetsu is gonna fight / kill him because he's done all that crazy shit to all those people for entertainment. And I think he surely did that to her too. So she prepared herself with real name and so on and I think it was her wish to fight against him in order to kill that crazy god.
At least that's what I think happened.

Yea, this seems to be what happened. Which is rather fitting. You can't just go back to a normal life after everything that happened to the MC. So he decided to stay in the kind of life he had been living, just in his original world now, dealing with the scum of the earth.
The only part I don't get is Mugetsu asking "god" if he remembers her. Like, what exactly happened in the distant past that that question is so important? And does the god's real name hold any meaning? (outside of being able to actually hit him that is.)
