I don't know why the comment section are so empty. The manhwa so not ordinary, the reverse isekai twist, the unveiled mystery and you couldn't help but cheering the romance that actually not ruin the story (like another manhwa) insyead build it up.
Usually i hate prolonged unsolved problem, but this time i kinda cheering it. The way author and artist show the problems that come from the grandpa (and luca) were so chaotic fun, ITS not boring or too tense. I keep laughing nonstop since the proposal

One of the thing that makes this different from other isekai doctors manhwa is on how it show the failure and that you could not save everyone. The MC not as OP that he couldnt get infected. But Its indeed sad. The potential cute student.

Lolol... I rarely laugh by speech in romance manhwa nonstop like this. The author cook right. The chaos that goes to Luca getting engaged to Lil princess was unpredictable. Now lets wrap things up and move forward with the plot. I believe in author cooking and pace
