They aren't really playing rn, they stated it's practice, no matter how much you know how to choke someone you need practice to get it right. Actually surprisingly I actually really know a lot of this because I do judo and my sensei taught me a lot and me and my fellow students took turns choking each other. Though ofc we would do it behind each other and with our arms instead.
