The villains motives are... Interesting, and the powers are kinda dumb. Definitely written by someone without a technical background because the super powers and hacking are just nonsensical in silly ways. Like the MC has powers related to the electromagnetic spectrum and specifically (but also not) radio waves. Meanwhile the villain has powers related to sound apparently which gives her the ability to see and control people's nervous system, which very definitely runs off of sound and not at all electrical signals which are part of the electromagnetic spectrum. One does not expect realism when dealing with superpowers and stuff but basic logical consistency would be nice.
