First of all. The chapters start in a horrible flow, but it’s worth the patience, the rest of the story is really good and worth it.
Now, the thing is, every time I read a new arc I have a completely different perspective. Tbh, at the end of the day, the MC is not the youngest son. He is the grandpa trying to straighten up the whole family and guiding his descendants.
I don’t know what he wants to do with this life, nor do I know his thoughts. For the time being, it seems he is seeing a bigger picture and following a bigger plan.
From where I stand, there has yet to come a moment where it feels like he is trying to have petty fights with his grandchild (the older brother).
It feels like his objective is to create a legacy and prepare everyone with enough skills to sustain the legacy. And of course, fix the relations that got strained after he passed away.
So it perhaps could feel unfair if he were the son BUT he is the patriarch. It’s not on the same level. And he no longer needs anyone’s recognition nor does he need to climb the corporate ladder. He is the emperor who built the whole fcking empire.
The beginning made my stomach churn on my first read so I dropped. Later I came back a bit more numb and pushed through. It gets real sweet later on.
He is kind but restrained. And it seems like he has a strong hold over his emotions to the point he doesn’t engage with reality. A true bystander. Although that also means I can’t figure out if, when or who he is gonna fall for. （￣へ￣）

Hah… I don’t know if there is anything I hate more in this world than men forcing women into struggle. I’m seething at every men in this story. She could have been an extremely successful person if she had been born a man. (︶︿︶)＝凸
Ok… happy ending but wtf was that. Read it and you will understand. I’m speechless.
I love that the name is “The dignity of a Chaebol” and he upholds his dignity while teaching others to do the same ;)
