I got this exact same feeling!
Alsian is one of the best ML out of here but I saw many comments saying that every other MLs have more chemistry with Camilla than Alsian BUT PLEASE!
He is the ONLY one who truly cares about her, he's always gentle with Camilla and think of her first (for example when the red head guy killed the random guy in front of everyone, Alsian instantly placed himself in front of Camilla when he saw how disturbed she was after seeing someone get killed) while the other MLS are just like «gngngn she is sooo interestinnnng and different UwU so she will be mine» NUH-UH, I BEG TO DIFFER she won’t be yours buddy, she ain’t an object!

FR!!!! Plus he's the only who didn't have any sort of a relationship with the past Camilla and instead fell for this one!!! They all started to change their minds about how they feel about her after her soul changed but he's the only one liked her because she was her. And I don't even know what people are talking about when they say they don't have any chemistry when you can clearly see it, and he's a lot more of a looker compared to the other second ml's!! I know he needs to go but I feel bad. Our mc doesn’t hate him and he doesn’t get in the way. But I’m mad he has this weird pride even tho he abandoned his family and treated her brother as a tag along after finding out about Camilla

for me, its not even abandoning them because honestly the argument can be made that he had no memory of it and thats valid ig. the main annoying thing is that his literal son was being abused and he did not even care until camilla told him to do smthi feel like everyone just forgot about that
