The premise is that MC starts working at a game company. I only paid attention to the blue hair's path, so I know is that he's in charge of the game's music, responds primarily with cat stickers, and gets demotivated pretty easily. His name is also Jay.
As for the other two... I think the black hair guy is the boss of the company and I know nothing of the other guy.

I sent this out 3 ish months ago but nothing else has been remembered. Judging by the context, it's likely to be ABO or some sort of Mpreg. Also, there's side characters that have kids (that's how the scene came to be). Spoiler: the couple never has kids. Reminds me of the ending scene of Mania where the mc and ml just ends up living domestically with each other.
I'm sure the mc+ml aren't in high school since they are very mature. Perhaps late university or working corporate. The uke also has some sort of childhood trauma.
