this is a case of corruption.a victim of abuse (bullying) become a predator because they seek the thrills / or the sense of what is familiar to them.

From reading a few, I think the blue print of a esper needing a guide, amd esper being irrational and horny after using powers looks like militarily soldiers during war, seeking confort women (making local women and children their comfort women) and rapes done by soldiers during wars to locals of war zones.
