The way I see how it would play out is that they would get back together of course, but I bet it could be a flag for a few chapters where they are broken up and his lil brother's other suitors think they have a chance before being crushed by Toujou's 1st male lead power. It would be funny as hell and the flags are here so the author might go for it

I was watching the drama adaptation of this because I miss this manga. Thank god the series focuses more on my favorite arcs. I don't like ginga no matter what...
