I love how *done* Ayano is with both of their bullshit.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that Joohyun thinks they're already dating because they were watching a romantic movie together and started making out. She isn't confessing because she thinks they're past that stage, and Ahyoung's attempts to confess are getting stymied because every time she throws something out there, Joohyun is just like "Ah, my GF is showing me affection!" and she isn't reading it as something she needs to respond to directly.

...Is that Doyeon is so consistently and convincingly smart and clever. The bulk of the manga centers on this very dangerous situation, but she is always alert and analytical and doesn't ever dismiss or underestimate the situation. Her trauma gets the better of her a bit toward the end, but that's understandable. (spoilers below)




I mean, she sees through the fire extinguisher, the fake cop, and when she gets kidnapped her escape is some straight up Batman shit. Her intelligence saved them both so many times. Jin Joo saves the day in the end with the police, and the call to stall the guy, but Doyeon acquitted herself *amazingly*. She's catapulted to one of my favorite protagonists. Absolute certified badass.

Love Rinne's prodding. She obviously ships it. So cute.

So I guess we're just retconning the whole thing with Chris and Kimi from the sequel?

We love a supportive parent.

Definitely seems like there's been a paradigm shift in that last scene in the classroom.

Relaire being all "Stop trying to break up my moms!" is f---ing adorable.

Chapter 3 seems to only have the first page. When you get to chapter 4 the story has clearly moved forward, so this doesn't seem intentional.
