What happens next is Carcel will leave for Calztela then Bilbao after spending the night with Ines. He will leave a love letter where he begins to call Ines ‘Sun of my life’. Ines will be blushing like a teenager when she wakes up and find the love letter he lefts after a very wild and hot night of sex. She even tells Carcel to do anything he likes to her. In her thoughts she says because it’s HIM, she knows he would never hurt her.

But before that, in the carriage, Carcel wonders who is the crown prince and painter to Ines. It prompts him to ask Ines if she likes him. He repeats the question several times in the night and Ines repeats the answer they yes, she likes him.

Ines will also learn about the assassination attempt after she writes to Raul to chastise him because she saw the bullet wound on Carcel. She realized he tried to prevent her from asking about it so she sought answers from Raul. When she finds out the truth, she is angry, upset and cries. Then she goes to buy lots of guns and ammunition and other gifts for him.
