It was just a new release and only just had one chapter in the meantime, the story is hes a first year and its his first day of school and hes in the clinic cus hes not feeling well always when its school ceremony and a senpai wonders why hes uniform is a a gakuran after entering the clinic and snatches him and rape him XD not really rape but thatttt i forgot the title i need to add it to the list.

Not in alphabetical order, but there is a 79-page web catalogue available if you click on the yaoi link at the top of this web page. You can modify it by double-clicking any categories you don't want to see, and also by hitting update for more recent selections.

I don't know of any such list, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. What I suggest is going to the specific story that engages you because of this quality and looking at the lists that are compiled which include that manga. Chances are, there will be some that compiled for manga which share similar characteristics — unless it's a favourites list, in which case, it's just the quality of the story that matters, not the type of story.

I just finished akagami no shirayuki and akatsuki yona from the chap i left off to latest chaps now. So i would really like a shoujo that is heartwarming and cute with a really great main chara like akagami no shirayuki, shiawase kissa sanchoume, gakuen baby sitters. Its okay if the story do not rvolve much on romance mainly like gakuen baby sitters. Well its actually great if the main are two guys like unknown haha.
About Akatsuki no Yona if you mean you read all the chapters from mangago I'll tell you that there are more chapters released than the ones here. Try mangalator.ch :)
Mmm, try out Reimei no arcana ( http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/reimei_no_arcana/), it's a beautiful one (a little bittersweet in the end, but it's worth it). Also, the author of Akatsuki no Yona has a short manga called Kuroorihime To Kawaki No Ou ( http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/kuroorihime_to_kawaki_no_ou/) whose main female character is great, similar to Yona in some ways.
Although it's not one of my favorites, a friend is also very fond of Soredemo sekai wa utsukushi ( http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/soredemo_sekai_ha_utsukushii/), a cute one it's own way.

Reimei no arcana, i have read it years ago same of the shoujos now that have new chapters, actually there are many shoujos back then that are still ongoing today that i have read just like reimei, im just not ready yet HAHA. Its the side effect for reading shounen ai and yaoisit will be hard for me to start continuing/reading shoujos but when i start i would be hook up again,i will try the other one, thanks to the both of you @HanajimaSei and @mikori - i will look at that list.

I really want some refreshing heartwarming manga, mostly it can be with slice of life genre, i almost reread all of the manga i like, yaoi/shounenai: i like some like of merry checker, otokogoro, silverdia,koori,moontrick,unknown, etc. shoujo: like gakuen babysitters and forgot the title of some, i really like it if the main is a boy, also like flat, barakamon, yotsubato etc.. I am looking for a yaoi/shounenai manga that is idk if wch is wch cause they both have the potential to be uke/seme but one is i think brown/blond hair and the other is black haired.
