I'm so scared that Doumeki is crushing that eye contact lenses and probably thinking that Yashiro leaving him has to do with Kageyama ... then he is going after Yashiro after arm twisting the man Yashiro sent to pick up the car ... However if this is all in the same day, Yashiro happens to be with Kageyama now.
I'm scared Yashiro is going to try to keep Doumeki away by hurting him more and telling him that yes, he doesn't want Doumeki because he can't forget the doctor -- what is a lie at this point.
