I think it's more like hunters rather than guideverse because if guide and espers gonna be a thing in the near future, then the MC would had unstable energy (IDK what you call it hahaha) and will go into a rampage state which Espers experiences due to his excessive use of his power(he'll be an Esper cause of the nature of his powers alone) and they would have been labeled as "Espers" or "Guide" In the beginning to make that future plausible rather than Tittles. I suggest you read that first because it honestly was a good read.
