Tbh it had a really strong start, however towards the middle it got a bit underwhelming and kind of mid and boring? But it ended on a good note which i am happy with. I just skimmed and skipped every 5 chapters in the middle of the story lol. Absolutely loved the art style tho.

No hate to hatano, he's just a cute little guy with a cute crush on his friends brother (common for those with siblings) But author gotta wife our man up with another adult without needing a big timeskip ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Kinda looking forward to how its gonna turn out for the both pf them. Cat dad mc would be epic, I could see it where this is what happens but over the years the BL troupes he encounters get more and more wild where he has to get even more creative each time to get out of them.
It would obviously be a comedic focus and no actual danger, but I dunno him like escaping from like a crime boss would just be funny to me.
Maybe he’ll become an author and turn all his wild encounters into a story.

WHY THE FUCK DO THEY KEEP LETTING THEM ENEMIES GET AWAY BRO IT ACTUALLY INFURIATES ME (⊙…⊙ ) And the fact that on earlier to middle chapters (currently at ch. 147), whenever they ACTUALLY succeeded on getting an enemy THEY JUST FREAKING LOCK THEM UP IN A CELL LIKE THEY HAVEN'T LEARNED FROM PAST EXPERIENCES.
At this point I think it's just honestly better to root for the enemies bc they're always one step ahead, bro. Like fym you have all these good powerful students and professors and not even one is smart enough like these goddamn enemies?
I genuinely am so frustrated with the side characters and implied harem as well, it's like "Oh hello! This is a new side character and they are reallyyyy powerful but oh no! They're losing! They gotta get a power-up to not die and be used by Breeder! And btw, the female characters actually need Suchan to save them like we didn't just give them an evolution/power-up lol!"
This story has so many fucking cons but the pros are dragging me down the rabbit hole so I'm gonna continue reading this. I HOPE IT ENDS ON A GOOD NOTE. If not, then this shit will be BLOCKED from my reading list forever. Author defo has questionable decisions with the plot and storyline, but I hope it gets better on later chapters.

xD I snorted so hard at the comment. 219 is the end of the main story just so you know, the end with Breeder's death, but there's a promise of side stories. If you'd like to save you on reading i could just spill the ending lol.
So the ending was just Breeder running away to the city threating Su-Chan that he'd set off the Jungle Juice bombs that were set up in the city if he didn't stop. Su-Chan has a mini panic attack because his ptsd of being seen with wings occurs. He overcomes it pretty fast and after a few exchanged blows he lands a powerful attack killing Breeder. Professer Ma [the guy who had a hand in raising Breeder and failed to kill him when he was a kid] takes all the blame because the whole situation got out and NEST couldn't contain the news.
You're left with words that Jungle Juice is a thing all over the world and they're having issues with it too, but we probably will never see that, but the cockroach chick [forgot her name LOL] she ends up confessing her love to him and that's the end. Until short stories pop up, but I have a feeling you'll not pick it up.
Oh right forgot to add some NEST members decided to stay while the government helped with relocation of the bugs turned back to human.
I only read chapter one and you guy's spoilers gave me everything i needed thank you fr. I was expecting it to be like that anyways but had some hope it'd be different.
It was a fun read at the start, but I only kept pushing for the art and interesting characters being dropped on the villain side really. Some of it had me going "yeah let it just sit for a few weeks then binge through to see if it gets better".
