If i remember correctly, it’s about this couple that breaks up bc the uke gets into an accident (which makes him blind) caused by someone who likes the seme (a rich ceo or something like that) and the seme sides with the other guy so the uke leaves. Then, the seme tries to win uke back which takes a long time, but he stands up to the guy who hurt uke and they make up in the end. There was also a doctor character who liked the uke.
