I honestly get the confusion hahah, from what I gathered, when Itsumi left in ch 4 Tachibana found out he loved him, as well as when they slept together he knew that it probably wouldn’t have been the same if it was anyone other than Itsumi, so I think he likes him, maybe not as much as Itsumi loves him, but they’re working their way up together (づ￣ ³￣)づ
