it's a japanese bl manga with a school setting, i think they were in high school, and the two guys are childhood friends who developed feelings for each other. they hook up a lot, too, i remember. i think it's yaoi as i remember that the smut scenes weren't censored.
it had a series and it followed them from having trouble admitting their feelings in high school, the next volume was about them getting together, graduating, having a job, and eventually they adopted a little girl
it's been so long since i read it, and i really can't remember the title, nor the website where i read it from
