I wonder if Ross is Anteros? That's why he looks similar to Eros, because they are twins and Anteros has "Ros" in the name?
Also, Anteros is the Greek god of requited love, and it seems like the MC likes him. While Eros is unrequited passion, and Psyche doesn't like him.
