I think her design is going a bit downhill. She was super pretty in the earlier chapters. Maybe it’s her hair and outfit art in the last few chapters that makes her look a bit meh.

Lastly, claudine fans be calling her pick me because of how she behave in front of matt, but how will you behave like a ladylike in an royal society era, in that time your actions reflect your family so of course every action you do/did Infront of the gentleman (clearly matt isn't one but she's her boss or what) small mistakes makes you embarrass.
