So basically when the site was down, I lost all of my reading lists. I found out a few days ago that it has happend to several people and that they will get uploaded soon. And its been days and only a few have uploaded(i had a pretty big list) but basically all of the ones I put on i want to read, the ones I'm reading and the ones I've read have mixed up now. So some of the ones where I put on I want to read shows up on the ones I've read. Also none of them are in order... Neither can I add new manga that I want to read

Just wait. Do not make lots or huge changes to your lists, it may be possible that it will out your lists at risk during restoration. Lists are expected to be mixed up and a mess right now, it was only recently when manga started restoring for everyone. It's a long process, but by the end of it, it has been said manga should be placed in the correct lists.
- first pass = restores all mangas into Already Read (including those originally in Want to Read or Reading), skipping any with metadata conflicts - second pass = moves the proper Want to Read mangas out of Already Read, and continues restoring the rest of the skipped mangas - third pass = moves Reading mangas into correct list and keeps filling in anything still missing - subsequent passes = fix misplaced entries, restore summaries/comments, and apply bug fixes
