The ml was a marriage con artist, the mc who didnt know this got severely attached to him. A first he only saw him as an older brother but after a drunk encounter (I might be wrong about this part) he realized he was in love with his sister's husband.

It was a one shot. It took place inside of a hospital, one of the elderly patients had a highschool age son, his eyes were drawn very beautifully almost as if the galaxy was stored inside of them. A lot of supernatural occurrences start appearing inside of the hospital, blablabla mc ends up being kissed by that boy who promises he will cure his illness since he is a nice person. After that the boy and his mother are never seen again.
