Wow, this story is so well done. The traumas of both characters and how that shaped them into what they are now is portrayed so realistically. The attachment issues, codependency, the way the brain can make you erase memories and make new ones, how the abused become the abuser. This is the reality of trauma and mental illness that some people never think about when they think romanticizing this is cool or hot. Also their trauma shouldn't excuse the SA and murd3r. Kudos to the writer, they really know their stuff. Psychological genre will always be the better genre.
