Periods can also trigger diarrhea just as a heads up. Do some symptom googling. You eventually get the feeling of Premenstrual syndrome a few days before. I always know it's coming when I have a very particular brain fog and my breasts are sore. reply
I didn't know anyone cared if they were on their period or not ? I do probably more on my period since my hormones are activated? Not sure the word. But I have a mirena so I don't really get periods anymore. Just occasionally spotting if I have frequent PIV. But I don't ever penetrate myself anyways. So it doesn't really matter...
