He wasn't really that much of a strategist. He was simply a boy who was displaced with his twin sister. Forced to live as a refugee. His entire country is blown to bits. The only person he had left was his sister. Who was S.A'ed to death. He killed all the men (by surpise) but one. With no military background at all. He did what he could to find out where the last man was transported to i.e prision island. He turned himself in just to get there. He thought it was going to be easy to find the guard. It wasn't, due to the type of prison and the commander; Jinyi didn't think past quick revenge. Now he is making the plan up as he goes. He is actually doing quite well actually. He is clever but never was a good liar or strategist. A lot has worked out for him due to luck and listening well ( which is a good skill to have).
