Saw the update and thought I'd take a look where the manga is by now. I'm reading the novel and am at chapter 951.
Loved the scene that just happened but have to say that in my opinion it had a much greater impact in the novel.
in your oppinion, is the novel better than the manga?. i am wondering if i should begin with the manga or just kip it and go strat for the novel

In my opinion the novel is way better than the manga. The manga tries to make too many jokes at the wrong scenes, while the novel is more badass.
The scene with the third prince and the servant girl was way more graphic in the novel. I was really disappointed how they displayed it in the manga.
