Mrs. Nakamura obviously recognizes the fact he grew up without loving parents (most likely extreme neglect since he reacts so harshly to Mrs. Kasai's obsessive behavior) or just in a bad situation in general and treating him properly because of it. I don't know how long she'll last though. These fetish mangakas are sick when it comes to character death
