In Japan there is 4 volumes 20 chapters complete of the manga, also has light novels. Seven Seas Entertainment has picked it up for English translation and Vol. 1 is coming out on December 1, 2026. It will be called "Series: I Thought My Childhood Friend Was a Guy… Now She’s My Wife and It’s Going Too Well! (Manga) Vol. 1".

Ookami-heika no Hanayome or the Wolf King's Bride is being published in English wished it was paperback but is digitally at comikey. (Link for article below) Comikey says will start with 5 chapters then more each week.
