Since the manga is on hiatus, I decided to to reread the first chapter and once again the art style got a little more basic as the story advanced.
I mean the bottom face got smaller and his eyes wider which give him a weird more childish look, I mean at the beginning he looked like a normal college student and the top lost his original feature to look like a generic "conventionally" attractive men. (It's more subtle than the bottom but still his hair was way better at first)
It's not really a critic to the author cause I know it's hard to keep a consistent style but it's not the first time I saw popular bl having their style downgraded to some degree and the bottom always loose his adult features to look "younger" . (An other example is "can't think straight")

To be fair, there’s no real story behind it, but the dialogue was so random ( especially he “what if” special) that I ended up reading the whole thing.
I wouldn’t really recommend it but I you’re bored why not take a look ƪ(‾ε‾“)ʃ
