Nothing can prepare you for those dicks like damn. And regardless of the jokes and slight shade being said in the comments. I do acknowledge that this person is an amazing artist with great attention to detail. If this was anatomy class they would get a A+. But that style of illustration such a huge contrast to the manga style that it was the only thing you saw and not in the good way.

The size of the veins on a penis depends on a number of factors and can range in size for different people who are all healthy. But from a biological perspective it would not be incorrect especially since it is an erected penis. So as long as the placement is correct, yeah A+. Regardless of whether or not you will get nightmares after seeing it.
