I'm actually glad it ended the way it ended. I was starting to get sick by all the happy endings I've already read, so this is somewhat refreshing. Sure, it's not for a soft hearted ppl, but I find it amazing, that the author was able to make story so frustrating and uncomfortable, in a way it feels more like real life.
