Good or not, if it's harem, then it's trash. Though I really hope it's not, but I doubt it. Blah blah blah, yes I'm too early too judge but it has the plot and characters possible to become one.
Is the blue-haired guy the ml? Not really a fan of a guy who treats anyone like that. Like, I get it. He has a pitiful story and all. But that doesn't make a good excuse for whatever he is doing. The FL is not dumb. She's just trying to survive, that's all. She's smart and courageous, which is a good thing. Though so far, everyone seems to be conspiring to make the fl feel so bad. I pity her tbh.
I personally think that romance here is unnecessary. Rather than seeing him struggle to prove his worth to his girlfriend's father, I want to see his growth within and out of the military. Romance is just an annoying mix here. Mina is annoyingly clingy and her father is overreacting for a general. Plus, look at how he treat his wife.
