so I figured something out, it works for me, hopefully it can work for you,
since I can again save my reading/future/already read - with adding tags, (it will only save to the lists with tags now, wish I did that before) I just hit one of my tags, (it’s the same as the genre of the title I was saving) to check if they had saved as a list as well, And behold! all my history in that category tag is listed, I mean every title I had previously, before the deletion, from before losing my lists, those without tags too, all titles I saved from that tag genre is listed,
Everything that I was planning to read/reading or already read was included, so I basically all my history of reading, I can flip thru and add it again if I wish to, it’s better than nothing since I don’t recall all the titles.
just hit the tag, and everything in that section you had saved in your reading/future/already read list can be there,

HOW TO:
ok, ok, starting over, from adding 1 manga to a list - to seeing my whole old list,
and I can see the title I just added again - it's now showing it's in my "want to read" list, and there is Also the whole list of titles I have been reading before the deletion, it's all there. so all titles I used to have in all my lists and "reading now/want to read/already read" Everything is there in this genre that I added to my lists.
it's everything altogether from my whole history of reading in this tag of "shojo", so now I can go through the listing and check if I still want to add it again,
it's better for me, because I can see the cover art if I don't remember the title, and it's all the titles I was interested in not the whole web library,
and I can just search my tags of the genre - it's on the right, use the genre tag
