If anyone has seen Prometheus, that seems like what's going on here. The alien or whatever put like a small parasite of himself in Dogun and that small parasite is probably going to be what impregnates Haemin. It also feels like when Haemin gets pregnant it's going to be explosions like alien too.
Don't know if anyone's talked about this yet at all or thought of this, but (while I do hate this trope) my prediction is that the guy who was nice to Ideum in high school for two seconds is gonna be Jaeyi's older brother.
