does anyone else keep getting the “we’re sorry, the request file are not found” when they try to use this website. the website works for a bit and then it goes back to that screen and im not sure if its an issue with the website or if its something on my end :(

I had that problem yesterday when the von was on but everything worked fine after I turned it off
So maybe try that idk
