Past Hosik not waiting long in the afterlife to see Sungyeon means Sungyeon committed suicide shortly after Hosik died. That is sooooo tragic and somehow romantic in the worst possible way. Explains why Sungyeon is a whole ass menace when they finally reincarnate. Almost like his soul wastes ZERO time building the kind of life he and Hosik were denied in the past.
This is CLEARLY grooming lol. It's literally paired with the MLs obsession as the basis of the plot. Hell, the surrounding jokes in the story is that everyone around Asha peeped the obsession first, but didn't see the results of the grooming until Asha was in his 20s lol.
