This Ending
I would say like 4.7 out of five but ill round up. I liked the story and everything seemed very consensual. there was no sex luckily because this was like a time skip. after breaking up one boyfriend travels back 10 years in age, and then the other boyfriend realizes his mistakes and they rekindle their friendship and their love for each other. the ending was very bittersweet because I don’t know if he deserved to get back together.
A Night to Remember Webtoon
this story has such a plot twist at the end, even though it kind of moves quickly. this random spirit lurks on a grave of Noah White not knowing why this man comes to visit him every single week. One day next to the cemetery, a man called Scott dies, and Noah ends up, taking over his body. Later to find that guy who comes to his grave, his name is Dylan because he came to a psychologist appointment. Dylan has trouble sleeping at night because of a trauma response that happened to him after a bad incident and his sister wants him to get therapy. Dylan unpack his trauma to Scott the psychologist claiming to have killed noah white. Dylan falls in love with Noah white at first sight at his coffee shop job to find out that he is a pharmacist. Later after he gets rejected at a club, he finds Noah drugging another man and gets kidnapped by him. Alex, his sister’s fiancé tries to find him and ends up, finding out that he is the one who murdered him by pushing him down the stairs on accident. Scott reveals eventually that he is Noah, trapped in this body and unveil all of the secrets that Dylan had kept away in his mind. Dylan still loves him, even after unveiling this and drugs him and locks him away and his house just had he had done to him.
Blood Sacrifice
now I really liked reading this manga, but I’m not gonna say it’s one of my favorites. I feel like the beginning is very rushed and a lot of things that happen seem to happen very quickly. I am all about going straight towards the I don’t know. It was just weird how he all of a sudden found him in an alleyway and falls in love with him and then they both immediately go and have sex… . Enjoy the story because it’s consensual and he’s green flag because he listens to his partner. It also seems like they use sex as a Band-Aid whenever there’s trouble in the relationship and I I don’t like it when couples do that. but it was at the end. They both became vampires, but then leaves the readers with the question of now. How are they going to get blood? I guess they have to pray on humans.
Someone Like You
these two guys met in high school when one of them wanted to jump off the roof because his life had gotten so sad. His brother passed away from an accident and his mom left him and his dad died of liver cancer. But then after a decade passes, he comes to find his first love, Highschool, and works at his company for a freelance gig. They end up liking each other again and he slowly becomes more comfortable and getting over his past trauma from people leaving him.
I do like the storyline don’t give me wrong but the story I feel like could have used just a tiny bit more development. I like how the guy comforted him and made sure that he knew he wasn’t gonna leave him, but I feel like the trauma from being abandoned isn’t so easily gotten rid of. As well, the story behind the ex was kind of gloss over and I feel like the detail of that story could’ve maybe been gone through because that was one of the key issues of his abandonment. The story is not rushed or anything, but what also gets me is the fact that the main love has not said I love you once in the entire story and correct me if I’m wrong, but I did not see that anywhere. And he wanted to propose but it Was so unromantic and the way that he did so lmao.
Sadistic Beauty BL Sidestory
although I hate rape, the story was such a realistic depiction of somebody that’s mentally ill and is actually coming to realize the consequences of his actions because at the end he actually understands of all of the horrible shit that he did to the person he supposedly loves. Byun is a continuation from sadistic beauty. I don’t like him at all, but I do not think that all of this was totally warranted for him. because nobody deserves to be raped, but asshole deserves the bad things that come to him so.
Sadistic Beauty
this is such an unpopular opinion, and everybody hates this story, but I honestly loved it. Byun is and at certain point I feel very sorry for the main character and the male who is pursuing her.
Lover Boy
I skipped a lot of the middle portion of this. I’m not gonna lie. I usually don’t like age gap romances because I find them very weird, but the love between the main character and the main love they had chemistry. the main love just didn’t know how to express his love and he didn’t want to accept his feelings for the main character which annoyed me the main character over 10 years for jaeha to actually like him back.
Exclusive No-Love Zone
even though it took the beta a really long time to finally accept his feelings for the alpha, you can understand as he’s grown up why he’s been feeling this way and it’s honestly understandable because you can relate it to real life and how sometimes somebody is just not meant for you and you think they are or the opposite. I am really sad that he didn’t even have the chance to give his roommate love because his roommate seemed to always care for him and be there for him. And it was kind of obvious that he liked him so I’m sad that nothing happened with that but at least he ended up with the director and all is well that ends well. thw side couple stories i skipped because they were unnecessary.
Behind The desk
I want to give this a five so bad but I can’t because of some little things in the book. I love the relationship between the main character and the main love, but the side characters they should not have been slapped together at the end. It was about how an unrequited love in high school became a love after they became teachers. Only to find out that Young, the antagonist had been the cause of all of the main characters trauma. and he hast to work through that in order to get with the main character. I don’t like when sex is used as a Band-Aid and that’s how it felt a lot of times.
