If I had to take a guess, since it is an epilogue to the main story, then this chapter occurred after both Kyung Soo and Yule said hi in chapter 70.
Yes and no. It depends on how you see it. Because the ending in the main story was open-ended, so the author drew 3 alternative endings for the fans. One for each seme, so there's a happy ending for everyone.
It confuses me as well since it states at the beginning very clearly that is an epilogue from the main story. It does not say a 'what if' like ch 72 or another version with Choi Yule-ending. I know it takes from what happens in ch 70 but somrhow it does feel very forced. :( I prefere it to be a 'what if' story not the official epilogue as the author suggested. （￣へ￣）
