He's not really denying them, he's still unsure about everything, and Tak acting like he's only in for the physical stuff isn't helping him. Like who tf says stuff like "If I had real romantic feelings for you" or "if I start falling for you" right after asking someone to date them. Sanho is very attached to their friendship so above all, he doesn't want to risk that for something not genuine.
