I'm not sure yet. I'm at chapter 170 and currently, they took a trip to Dobin's aunt's potentially haunted pension house where the karaoke machine snd lights won't turn off with a warning to use salt on the windows. This is right after their final broadcast where Jaehee switches his top during the 2nd chorus.
There will probably be some other mini arcs before Eden features on DTB and before Reve starts preparing for their Japanese debut and concert. I do highly recommend starting from the very beginning and at least reading the content that wasn't included in the manhwa cause there are some great moments. Even the arcs that are in the manhwa have been shortened or changed a bit.
You can find the novel on Lunoxscans or through novelupdates. They have around 900 chapters and about 500 are have been released for free so far with the rest being released 1 per day.
This series is really good. We get a lot of perspective from plenty of characters. The series knows how to build suspense as well as produce a great pay out. This isn't overpowered fiction slop, it is more focused on character building with many fight scene.
Art: 7-8/10 |The art isn't extraordinary still suffice
Characters: 10|There is no annoying characters yet as well as the characters being distinct, love the siblings and they really are the emotional anchor
Settings:10/10| the settings is like MHA with the HxH execution/angst. I would say this series is more derived from HxH, because its actually good and focused more on world building and characters motives, plus mystery :3
Pacing:8/10|if u wait weekly to watch this, the pacing will feel very slow. There are mini arcs with lots of perspective and it takes time to finish. Would recommend to let it marinate, the story is distinct so u would still remember.
Overall story:9.2/10 if we're being objective, but its a 10/10 for me -a great read. I trust the author to not fuck it up based on how they made the characters and the series rn.
