About the confusing naming system , I work in imports and deal with alot of Chinese suppliers ,they tend to have English names to make it easier for foreigners to remember them and to pronounce their names , when you're given a business card it usually has their Chinese name in Chinese characters and then their English name , looking at this manhua from a business perspective ,it really makes sense, since your colleagues should also be aware of your chosen English name.
