That is a cyberstalker impersonating the real user. It is an odd reply because they want you to hate the real user. So when the real user comments to you, you would have ill feelings towards him and he would be unaware of why are you treating him badly or confused with you talking about a comment he never made. They want to cause conflict with the one they are threatened by. To them, you are after the real user and not harming them. They are trying to damage the real-user rep.

That cyberstalker and one of the others have admitted to being a pedo. The sockpuppet is using an exposed lie. She tried to frame the real user. As you can tell the first one is impersonating the real user. She is the one that email Baileybot to frame the real one. She has admited to being a pedo too. He is her victim.
