the novel gives us so much more info about the story (duh) but they ommitted way too much?? in the novel its supposed to be a slowww chase for the bottom dude but it went by like 2 chapters this is so sad. and they dont even talk about why the bottom has the thing engraved on his chest.

the top gets incredibly angry and he fights tons of dungeons to get to 1st place and still keeps going, making his body to the brink of death. this goes on for a while and the bottom is residing in a spanish country (i forgot) and meets new characters. one of them is an esper and he meets the 2nd top guild and thats how the bottom is found by the black hair dude. (SORRY I DONT REMEMBER THE NAMES). they also left out the bottoms backstory of how he was emotionally and physically abused by his last esper and he actually killed him by choosing to not guide. after bottom guides the blonde hair one the blonde dude finds out who it is after lots of searching and the bottom is promoted to ss class guide as well. the chase is over but the blonde takes a while to approach since the bottom is under a contract by the 2nd top guild.
