The novel explained this scene much better. But basically Wooyeon is about to start his heat cycle. Wooyeon thinks that they already slept together so he doesn’t see the harm in sleeping together again in this scene. Dohyun KNOWS that Wooyeon thinks they slept together but isn’t telling Wooyeon the truth. (Also Wooyeon thinks Dohyun took advantage of him) This leads Dohyun to finally telling Wooyeon that they didn’t do anything.
Dohyun is upset bc Wooyeon forgot what happened that night but ALSO upset that Wooyeon isn’t telling Dohyun that he remembers him from tutoring. The night Wooyeon got drunk, Wooyeon confessed that he remembers so Dohyun is just upset that he isn’t telling him this sober.
