    You don't have to go to the gym to exercise btw xD I think it takes a lot more motivation to do that compared to just doing some simple exercises at home. Even doing a few sit-ups, push-ups and squats is better than nothing and doing sets of 10-20 when you have nothing to do at the moment adds up :D. If you're looking for some routines, the channel "xhit daily" has some nice ones that worked well for me, even when I was just getting started last year.
    If you don't wanna exercise at all, you can start by not eating a lot a few hours before going to bed, drinking enough water and paying attention to how hungry you're actually feeling rather than just eating cause it tastes good. That can be difficult cause food is so good ugghh pwq hahaha xD the struggle is real... but yeah, paying attention to what your body is telling you is quite beneficial, especially in the long run and when it comes to aging gracefully (like the beautiful swan you are (▰˘◡˘▰) ahahaha :'D).

    You can find a lot of workout routines that you can do at home in Pinterest. Furthermore, you can also find inspirational quotes to motivate you ;). Also keeping track of the calories- like the comment above said. Sleep at a good amount of time depending on your age, it helps reduce stress that actually can cause to get hungrier often.

    Of course there is. I have a friend who lost weight cause she tried different diets. She took out a picture from a year ago and she looks really different cause she was overweight at that time. She looks really really really good now. She enrolled in a diet program too so they can monitor her weight and keep her stay fit.

    I can't say anything right now but you may have walked slowly or for a short amount of time. Just make sure it's more than 30 mins or so. I personally lost around 8 kgs just with walking as an exercise and of course eating healthy in two and a half months or so, I know it's not a big achievement but it's better than nothing imo
