Incheol highkey fucked over Pyeonghwa, made him the way he is, and buried it in his memories cause of how traumatic it was. Early in the development/buying properties from the districts, the congress lady had Incheol do shady stuff so that they would hurry up the process/make her look good. From chapter 23, we learn that Incheol was the last person to be in contact with Pyeonghwa’s mother before her death, notably to get the seal (aka a signature). The mother dies, Incheol is treated like a nobody, and retreats from being part of the situation as Cha went to the funeral.

We know Pyeonghwa’s father was a police officer (civil servant), and therefore couldn’t have property under his name. This most likely means the property was under the mother’s name. However, due to the death of the mother, shit gets complicated. The Father ends up dead somehow and Pyeonghwa’s basically inherits it—we would need to know more about what happened to Pyeonghwa’s father to understand how Pyeonghwa got the property.

Shit is complicated, tragic, disgusting, and sad. I need more lol. As of right now, Incheol finally is stomaching all the fucked up shit he’s done under the position for the congresswoman (especially in regards to the Ahn family aka Pyeonghwa) and Pyeonghwa is a depressed person who is trying to escape reality via sex and pain. he’s holding onto the last thing left of his family, the property, as that is most likely the only solid piece of identity—being a junior boxing champion when his parents were still alive.

I was having a nice week too; but the empty feeling is back again. Right before this, I was looking through the art book and there was this mini panel of where Kou asked Teru what he would do if Kou turned into a zombie. Teru said he would also turn into one and take over the world with Kou. The amount of love Teru has for Kou; the utter feeling of horror he must have felt after exorcising Kou—even if it’s in a different world—then seeing where his body lies as a victim to the Red House. He 100% believes he failed as an older brother, guilt-ridden for what could’ve been prevented. It’s also the fact that Hanako/Amane’s fate can’t be changed from either ways—Tsukasa, in a way, protected Amane from this fate. It’s terrible, I would even call it tragic.

Why is this categorized as yaoi? also, is there a webnovel? i saw some comments alluding that the manhwa isn’t the original work of this story.
