I liked this up until the chapter 27. Once Fujiwara started showing his interest in her she should have broke it off with Shirotaki. I feel like this all could have been avoided had she done that. So, I am going to blam her on certain part as well....Shirotkai also should have just stopped it as well......but @ one point I thought Shirotaki was doing it so Fujiwara would recognize his feelings for her
