no annoying tyrant imperial family or like the imperial family isn’t involved AT ALL Characters actually communicate/being pushed to communicate No dead mother for the main cast that haunts the narrative (this is so common now) The story is actually really beautiful since it shows that you can move on from your first love and still be happy with other people Actually gives you closure on side stories (like the ML’s mom and grandpa) FINALLY they are using guns and not swords Actual character development in this story I LOVE THE FL AND ML they are so unique compared to todays reincarnation/possessing stories Not villain centered!!!! (No evil tyrant/magic tower, no side ML, no annoying best friend of FL) The story actually focuses on the development of FL and ML and not some couple who magically changes their empire.
ML actually has a personality thats not solely just loving his wife (competitiveness, actually being a good brother and partner etc etc) FL can actually stand up for herself and speaks out her thoughts, even when she doesn't tell her concerns to ML, ML actually has a developed frontal lobe and already knows what shes thinking and he ACTS on it. FL doesn’t rely on ML.
The art is so gorgeous but the story is so typical that its so predictable in my opinion, so I skipped so many chapters because the translations are wack and some of the story doesnt make any sense
